Chrysler 300C cars autographed by stars To Be Auctioned for Haiti victims

Now this is pretty cool, curious as to how it turns out.

At the recent Golden Globe Awards ceremony, all stars present (300 to be precise) autographed a special edition "eco style" Chrysler 300C. The Chrysler Group LLC exhibited this car at the entrance of the Beverly Hilton Hotel and will soon auction it to raise money for the Haitian people. The company estimates the autographed car will fetch $1million!  via luxurylaunches.com

Cool!! on top of that !!

Furthermore, Chrysler brand together with the Dick Clark Productions company has also partnered with 'Stars for a Cause' to donate six eco-friendly cars to be auctioned to selected charities proposed by the stars. The stars, Meryl Streep, Christina Aguilera, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, Felicity Huffman and Colin Firth arrived at the Golden Globe ceremony in the 6 limited edition Chrysler 300C cars.

The eco friendly car is made of environmentally friendly materials including cork, bamboo, jute, recycled carpet etc. Each star will auction and donate the 300C that accompanied him/her at the event to an organization of their choice.

Hero in His 300C

When a man in Houston, Texas driving his 300C came upon a wild dog attacking a young boy, he quickly stopped his car, jumped out grabbed the animal and throttled it with his two hands.

A reporter saw the incident, from his Chrysler congratulated the man and told him the headline the following day would read, "Local Man Saves Child by Killing Vicious Animal."

The hero, however, told the journalist that he wasn't from Houston. He was on a road trip across the country in his Chrysler 300C.

"Well, then," the reporter said, "the headline will probably say, "Texas Man Saves Child by Killing Dog."

"Actually," the man said, "I'm from Connecticut."

"In that case," the reporter said in a huff, "the headline will read, "Yankee Kills Family Pet."

Chrysler 300C & Credit Cards

I've been hearing rumors that it could be if a person buys accessories for their Chrysler 300C that where they buy it could have a devastating effect on a credit score, a TV News investigation could reveal this if they wanted to.

Investigations could find credit companies may be looking at where a cardholder is shopping and determine an interest rate from there. What that means is you must buy high quality items for the 300C.

I don't care if it's It's Wacky Wednesday, which means all, parts, chrome and furniture is half price at the local 300C accessories store. Only buy your stuff at high quality stores.

I hear rumors that every time a customer pays for 300c parts in a thrift store or consignment shop or other discount store with a credit card, the credit card company may know about it, and some will use the information to punish the cardholder for buying cheap 300C stuff.

A government 300C probe could reveal some credit card companies may have been tracking purchases in bargain stores to determine if customers may be in financial trouble and pose a credit risk. It sometimes happens if one overbuys in one month.

"I think that's ridiculous. I mean we're all just being conservative about our spending, and I'm being conservative in the sense that I like to buy beautiful brand new 300C parts.
A great deal on mufflers don't sit well with a pretty lady when she learned her credit card purchase could hurt her credit score.

"I should be able to buy whatever 300C parts I want whenever I want, and nobody should track that. Nobody should track that but my husband and I," she said in a sexy voice.

"Cash certainly is one way to get around having the eye of the creditor looking over your shoulder all the time," A Consumer Credit Counseling Service spokesman said.

Smart dudes will try to use cash for bargain shopping to keep the bank off their back.
Many companies could change their payroll policies to accommodate employees so they can get their pay in cash.

300C & Captain America

BIG BAM-SPLam the hammer came down.Even if Fiat is the new owner of most of the assets of Chrysler, the company that was given the privilege to build the 300C. What about the 300C ? It said the new company will focus on small cars. Well, if you reduce the 300C, it will look ridiculous.
Besides with Captain America soon to be reborn I think they should come around to right thinking with some of their thoughts on this, you do not agree? As far as I am concerned that Captain America must drive a 300C ! Therefor they must make more of them for him.

300C Across the Line

A bunch of guys were standing around admiring their Chrysler 300C's.
The discussion got heated as they, gave their views on the future of the world and of their precious 300C. They were also talking about their wives & girlfriends views.
Finally Jack the natural leader drew a line in the dirt, finishing his non-alcoholic drink " I want every man who is henpecked by his wife, to get quit talking about his old Chrysler all the time, to step over a line". The whole group of guys stepped over it, with the exception of Bob.
Jack walked up to Bob looked him in the eye and said, " why didn't you step forward ?"
Bob replied" my wife told me not to". She wants a 300C for herself.

789 Fewer Places to Buy a 300C

via (CNNMoney.com) -- Chrysler LLC will close down 789 dealerships, or roughly 25% of the current number, according to a plan filed in bankruptcy court Thursday.

Chrysler had a total of 3,181 authorized dealers in operation at the time of its April 30 bankruptcy court filing, according to court filings. Just over half of that number accounted for more than 90% of Chrysler sales, according to the filing.

The dealers being shut down represent 14% of Chrysler's total sales, the carmaker said.

Chrysler 300C Group

“EVERYONE here looks great!” is the kind of comment you hear often. At a place where outfits seem chosen to match their 300C automobiles. Even though there were cloudy skies and the fabrics tended toward the waterproof, and anything with buttons counts as formalwear. There was a good sized crowd. Those words seemed unbelievable , Yet those were exactly the words that burst from a woman who drove past me one night on the boulevard Lounge, a street store in the upscale hill district on the west end where friends would meet. And by golly she was right, the group of Chrysler 300C gathered that first Thursday in April — the first Thursday of each month has an evening of art-gallery openings and shopping parties . The group would take their lady friends — all startlingly attractive and with all of the autos lined up functional but chic. One woman, sitting in her Chrysler , wore a black bob and a silvery, thigh-length, probably impermeable trench coat. Fleece abounded, but was form-fitting. Quiksilver’s hard-to-find Limited Collection hung on the racks next to clothes by local label, whose jackets, polos and shorts lie on the sporty end of the fashion spectrum — or is that the fashionable end of the sporty spectrum? For one thing the 300C were both fashionable and at the sporty end of the spectrum.

Keepin the 300C

My wife and I left the party in our 300C. All was well until she suggested we get a new car. All hell broke loose at that point. There was no way I was going to give up my beautiful 300C. As the argument got more heated. She really was building up a storm getting louder. After a few choice words from me, she shouted " stop the car and let me out !"
I gladly pulled over to the curb. She unlocked her door and got out. But then looked around and got back in, saying. "Take me to a better neighborhood."
That broke us both up and the argument too.......
